Sales

Responsibilities:

  Develop new enterprise business selling products and services while expanding business in existing major accounts

  Sell products and services to major accounts in an assigned territory

Qualifications:

  Strong solutions software sales background, selling large, high dollar value enterprise solutions

  Experience managing major enterprise accounts and negotiating enterprise sales required

  Proven performances selling into Fortune 1000 companies

  Experience delivering presentations to high level ( CXO) audiences

  Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas

Pre-Sales

Responsibilities:

  Identify customer and prospect technical and business problems.

  Develop and deliver presentations  and demonstrations  while applying products and services to those business and technical problems.

  Serve as the focal point for all technical issues on assigned accounts.

  Post sales problem escalation and on-site support working with services organization personnel.

  Develop and deliver responses to customer and prospect technical inquiries, including RFPs and RFIs

Qualifications:

  Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  Able to work independently with customers

  Ability to travel

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, computer-related discipline, or equivalent.   

Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

  overall technical direction and oversight services engagements

  identify clients' business requirements and system constraints and coordinating development activities

   Assists in sales cycle by providing technical/architectural support

  Acts as technical lead on one or more consulting projects. Evaluates and reports on progress of technical teams.

  Ensures integrity of architecture and design, and that client requirements are satisfied

  Defines technical direction for project, including technical drivers such as method and best practices

  Defines goals, constraints, key features and overall architectural approach to projects.

  Defines the project requirements, including functional, operational, and software

  Estimates scope and cost of client projects.

  Manages technical expectations of customer

  Mentors other consultants

  Speaks at user or industry conferences          

Qualifications:

   3+ years experience in developing and deploying mission critical applications as Architectural or Design lead.

  Prior experience in the development of operational concepts, system requirements and design documents.

  Prior experience with application configuration and management

  Knowledge of quality procedures and metrics.

  Proficiency in object oriented methodologies and development processes

  Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including presentation skills.

  Able to work independently with customers

  Strong experience with both Client/Server and Web-based application architectures

  Strong experience with developing applications with relational databases

  Experience with software products

  Recent experience in delivering solutions for e-commerce/e-business, financial services, telecommunications, sales force automation, customer support, supply chain management or manufacturing

  Project management

Education:
